Are your cups and crewnecks handmade?
Yes! All of our custom cups and crewnecks are handmade and made to order. Each piece is carefully crafted with attention to detail to ensure quality, durability, and a personalized finish you’ll love.
What types of cups do you offer?
We offer a variety of specialty custom cups/tumblers including glitter, lava, dual lava, ocean, drip, slushie, paint and more!! For sizing we currently offer 16oz acrylic tumblers. We also offer kids 10oz acrylic tumblers. More sizes will be available in the near future. If you have a sizing request such as ( 20oz, 24oz, 30oz, or 40oz) please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate. Styles and sizes and availability will be listed on each product page.
How should I care for my custom cup?
To preserve the design and longevity of your custom cup, we recommend hand washing only and avoiding dishwashers, microwaves, and soaking. Use a soft cloth for cleaning or wiping down and avoid abrasive materials. Avoid leaving in extreme temptures (ex. cars, outside in the sun, outside in the cold, etc) Do not use for hot liquids. If your cup has a bamboo lid, make sure to dry thoroughly after washing. If you purchased a glitter cup, it is recommended to store upside down to preserve glitter flow.
How do I care for my crewneck?
Wash inside out on cold. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid ironing on the design.
When are orders shipped?
Custom cups and crewnecks may be created on LIVE or off LIVE, which can affect processing time. LIVE sessions are held Monday–Thursday, with occasional Fridays (excluding holidays). Once a cup is completed, processing time can take 7-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays), as it rests to allow the design to fully settle, remove any air bubbles and before being sealed and shipped. Crewnecks are prepared and packaged the same day they’re completed. Orders ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (excluding holidays).
